Poets Diane Wilbon Parks, Patrick Washington, Sylvia Dianne “Ladi Di” Beverly and Hiram Larew with Cliff Bernier on harmonica will present and discuss poems, music and artwork about America’s history of slavery.
Join us as we try to imagine the voices of those who were enslaved at Historic Woodlawn Plantation Estate in Fairfax, VA – and what their enslavement means to us today.
